Marc Hanna is a native of Montreal, Canada but was raised in The Woodlands, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Middle Eastern studies. Marc graduated from Baylor Law School in 2015 where he served as the administrative editor for the Baylor Law Review. He competed as a brief writer for two ABA national teams and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.

After graduating law school, Marc first worked as a personal injury trial lawyer before making the switch to insurance defense litigation. Marc’s practice now focuses on both commercial and insurance litigation, primarily focusing on insurance coverage litigation, insurance fraud and premium litigation, judicial review of administrative decisions, and related appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Texas.

Outside of his legal practice, Marc serves as a scout sniper in the Texas National Guard, plays bass in a local band and enjoys hunting and motorsports.
